The Centro per la cultura d'impresa

was founded in October 1991 at the Milan Chamber of Commerce.
It aims:

  • To preserve and enhance its members’ archival heritage
  • To promote corporate culture through acquisition, legal protection and exploitation of historical and contemporary records produced by companies and other economic subjects
  • To create economic territorial archives and corporate museums, cooperating with local institutions and stakeholders
  • To train professionals capable of managing preservation and enhancement of business records
  • To publish proceedings of its activities

Centro per la cultura d’impresa is a no-profit private owned association aknowledged by decree n. 258 of nov. 5th, 1997 by the Italian Ministry of Cultural Heritage.
Centro per la cultura d’impresa is in cooperation with the Central Record Office, and regulated by the Department of Culture. This fosters a close relationship between the centre and the local archival supervision agencies.
Centro per la cultura d’impresa also has agreements with with Università degli Studi di Milano, Politecnico di Milano, Libera Università di Lingue e Comunicazione (IULM) and Università degli Studi di Urbino.
Centro per la cultura d’impresa’s quality management system has been certified in January 2004 for all the lines of business in accordance with the standard ISO 9001:2000.
